Across five individual sessions, we focus on developing the core mental skills athletes rely on most: focus, confidence, and emotional control. You’ll learn practical tools you can use during practices, games, and high-pressure moments.
Sessions are typically scheduled every 2–3 weeks, giving you time to practice the skills between meetings while still maintaining steady progress. Each session builds on the last, helping you strengthen your mental approach and gain more control over your performance.
Think of it as building the foundation of your mental game, skills you can use in any sport, at any level.
