with Aunika Kemp
August 25 | 7:00 PM | The View Event Venue – South Jordan, UT
Join us for a powerful evening with Aunika Kemp, a trailblazer in the world of competitive cycling and a voice for the mental side of sport.
Aunika graduated from Mountain Ridge High School in 2021, as a State Champion & State Runner-Up. She raced for both Lindenwood University and Roanoke College, developing a name for herself as a fierce competitor and driven athlete. She is a 4-Time Collegiate Conference Champion & raced in 20 Collegiate National Championship Events.
In 2024, Aunika’s hard work and perseverance earned her a spot on the USA Cycling Team, representing the country at the World Cup in Lake Placid, NY. She now races professionally on the U23 Lifetime Series, continuing to break barriers and inspire the next generation of riders.
This event, Trail Tactics: The Mental Ride, will explore the often-overlooked mental demands of elite cycling. Aunika will share insights from her personal journey—the victories, the setbacks, and the mindset that carried her through it all.
The evening will be hosted by Jon Osborn, Mental Performance Coach & owner of Utah Sport Psych. He specializes in helping athletes develop the mental edge required to perform under pressure. Jon will co-speak alongside Aunika, helping guide the conversation and offering actionable strategies for riders, parents, and coaches alike.
