Westminster Athletics is committed to helping it’s athletes enhance their athletic performance. Utah Sport Psych is proud to be the Sport Psychology provider for Westminster University. We are excited now to be able to offer Individual Sessions to Westminster Athletes! These appts are provided at no-cost to you as the athlete. Thank your AD!
What does an Individual Session look like?
These are 30-minute sessions, either online or at the University (depending on availability). We will dive right in talking about where you’re at with your mental game and where you would like to get to!
We will share with you a few strategies to help find that improvement and send you on your, tasked with implementing what we talked about.
When should I come see a Mental Performance Coach?
When you are looking to improve your athletic performance! We can help with things like managing nerves & anxiety, emotion management, self-talk, stress management, pre-performance routines, mental blocks, team dynamics, and others.
If you are dealing with things like chronic anxiety, depression, or eating disorders, come talk with us! We aren’t licensed to help you with those things, but we will certainly help you find the right person to talk with!
