With eight individual sessions, you’ll have the time to learn key mental performance strategies and get consistent feedback on how you’re applying them in practice and competition.
The first four sessions are typically scheduled every two weeks to build momentum and help you start implementing new skills right away. The remaining sessions allow us to follow up, adjust strategies, and strengthen the habits that lead to confident, consistent performance.
